Getting strong is all the rage at the moment, it is recommended because it has many benefits. Get strong because you want to, Be curious about what it actually takes, what exercises matter, how hard to push, and how much rest you need to improve.

We can help you work that out, we have a fully equipped gym, and the expertise to teach you to get strong, and keep you motivated to keep it going.

Our philosophy is that you do not need to be half-baked or exhausted after a strength session, the aim is to build strength over a period of time, and to not race while doing it. Enjoy the process and find the empowerment of feeling and being stronger. Every journey is individual; for some it may be working with body weight movement, such as getting on the floor or a low seat and getting up again. For others it may be strengthening feet and calves for running purposes. And for anyone who doesn't enjoy the gym environment, come a learn a few strength exercises and see how you feel about the gym afterwards.
