About our Personal Training

Your personal training will help you move and get stronger, so that the world feels like a lighter place. Our philosophy at Get Strong, is to find your level and motivation to get stronger; and feel better. We don't believe that more is more, but rather more of what works for YOU, while still applying the strength principles that will help you Get Strong.

Claire holds a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification, as well as being a physiotherapist and an osteopath.
Oliver is a physiotherapist and specialises in strength and conditioning, with experience coaching high level athletes. Our approach focuses on helping clients recover from injury, improve strength, enhance mobility, and achieve their fitness goals through personalised treatment and exercise programmes, based in our fully equipped space.
