With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, I started practicing yoga as a means to stay flexible and active through my professional career.

However, it was the mental benefits and attitude shift that came with the practice, that made me a devoted yogi. As a contrast to some forms of dance, yoga is non-judgemental, non-competitive, self-reflective, and heals rather than hurts the body.

My teaching style is calm, kind and encouraging - but you will be challenged at times! I try to project a sense of fluid playfulness, emulating positivity and gratitude to the body and the way it carries us through life.
